Shipments and withdrawal

Information for the consumer pursuant to Legislative Decree 22 May 1999, n. 185 (in the Official Gazette, 21 June, No. 143). - Implementation of Directive 9l / l / c on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts.

The supplier of the requested services or products is d & m srl, with registered office in "via pascoli, 1 38066 riva del garda trento".

Pursuant to article 5 of the d. lgs 185 of 1999, the customer has the possibility to withdraw from the contract / order stipulated on the internet without any penalty and without the need to give any explanation, in compliance with the conditions that follow.

Shipments:

Couriers make shipments, from Monday to Friday. Orders placed during the weekend will have priority on the Monday of the following week. At the time of delivery of the goods ordered, the purchaser must verify the integrity of the packages and the quantitative and qualitative correspondence with what is indicated in the accompanying document in the presence of the driver or the carrier of the shipping company.

Any damage or missing number of packages or particles, must be immediately notified to the courier who delivers the goods, accepting the goods with the subject to be written on the transport document. Shipments will be sent to the confirmed customer address at the time of payment, in the order confirmation.

The right of withdrawal lapses:

For lack of the essential condition and integrity of the goods (packaging and / or its content) even partial use of the goods and any consumables with the lack of the external packaging and / or the original internal packaging, the absence of certain elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts...) damage to the product for reasons other than transport in the cases indicated above, d & m srl will return the purchased good to the sender. Customers who purchase with VAT and those who purchase customized goods cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.

In order to exercise this right of withdrawal, within a period of 15 (fifteen) working days from receipt of the ordered products, the customer must send a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the address indicated below. The communication can be sent, within the same term, also by telegram, telex and facsimile, provided registered letter confirms it with return receipt within the following 48 hours.

The communication must contain:

The manifestation of willingness to avail of the benefit granted by the d. lgs. n. 185 of May 22, 1999
The indication of the product (s) for which (s) you decide to exercise the right of withdrawal
The data relating to your bank account (this is to allow the return of the sum due).
To obtain a refund of the amount, the customer must, at his own expense, return the purchased products to the following address:

The return shipment must take place within ten working days from receipt of the goods and can be carried out by any carrier / courier / forwarder the customer deems most appropriate.

Refund terms: d & m srl will refund by bank transfer (or other form of payment) in the shortest possible time, and in any case within 30 days from receipt of the communication. The reimbursement refers to the price of the returned product (s).

It is expressly understood that the costs of returning the product to d & m srl will be charged to the customer.
